THE 300 45 SINGLE SERIES

The 300 45 RPM single series used the new single line Pacific Jazz logo that was introduced on the new PJ jazz series that commenced with PJ-1.  Initial releases in this series featured samples from the new PJ LPs as well as selections from the previous 1200 and JWC series.  Later releases would also feature selections from the 1400 LP series.

Jazz artists featured on this group of releases include: Wes Montgomery, Billy Higgins, Teddy Edwards, Jackie Davis, Harold Land, Paul Bryant, Curtis Amy, Rune Overman, Les McCann, Joe Newman, The Mastersounds, Gil Evans, Cannonball Adderley, Gerry Mulligan, Bobby Hutcherson, Frank Butler, Bud Shank and Carmell Jones.
