The albums covered in this segment as well as albums in previous segments document Bock's attempt to boost sales via pop oriented material using front line jazz musicians like Bud Shank, Chet Baker, and Joe Pass; along with arrangers Bob Florence, George Tipton, and Jack Nietzsche. Guest producers in this segment include Ray Pohlman, Larry Goldberg, Doug Cox, Ed Ver Schure, Ralph Murphy, Steve LaVere, Pete Welding, Shel Talmy, and Bob Hite. Woody Woodward continued to be the main art director for cover design.
The previous segments contained examples of albums that were produced in stereo only, the present segment contains additional examples of albums released in stereo only.
